Purple covers majesty (and a court-required apology 😢)

GUYS. OMG.
Rather than wax on about how beautiful the upcoming Amethysts & Alchemy special edition is going to be, or how excited I am for its launch NEXT MONTH, for today's newsletter, I thought it best to let this jaw-dropping cover reveal speak for itself:

I have been secretly working on this project for months, finding the best artists, materials, goodies, and top-secret bonus swag to make this THE prettiest special edition you have ever seen (sorry, Big Pink Book!!!).

I'll be sharing some of those features over the next few weeks, but for now, here's what I CAN share:

💜 The cover will be a combination of champagne-gold foil, metallic ink, and mica-dusted royal-purple cloth that will sparkle like an amethyst 😍 (There will also be one more never-before-seen feature that's going to BLOW. YOUR. MIND.)
💜 The edges will be champagne gold - but with a twist (to be revealed soon!)
💜 You *will* find hidden piggies on the cover 🐷
💜 The interior will be just as gorgeous - and purple! (But easy to read)

A Heartfelt Apology

Before I sign off, I wanted to address something. It has been brought to my attention that some of you are angry with me for kiIIing Matt Dinniman:

I'd like to take this opportunity to say I'm deeply sorry for falling short of your expectations, for flashing my blindingly bright book boobíes at strangers, and for unaliving Matt before he could finish DCC. I want to say I'll use this tragedy as a learning opportunity, to change, to grow - but I think we all know that would be a lie.

In short, I haven't learned a thing, I'm a bad, bad girl, and the shenanigans will likely continue, if not get much, much worse.
