I recently quit my day job as a consultant (a.k.a. my hell on earth) to work with Rachel and (AHH!!) build a new platform for romantasy readers, which we cannot wait to share with you all soon. Now, for the exciting bit ... the time has come for us to hire an executive administrator. We're looking for someone in the US who can commit 30 hours a week to helping me and the team provide comprehensive support to Rachel so she can get back to doing what she does best ... writing!! The ideal candidate has experience in the book space and is familiar with Shopify, Amazon KDP, Instagram/TikTok, and email marketing (advertising experience with Meta, Amazon, and/or BookBub is a huge bonus). The role requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, with occasional evening or weekend work for events and time-sensitive communications.
