📚THE KICKSTARTER BOOKS*** HAVE ARRIVED!!!!!!!📚

***And not just Kickstarter books! Amethysts & Alchemy Revamped, the Silver Blood Exclusive Onyx Edition Paperback, and pink holographic rainbow slipcovers (which have been sold out for months!) have arrived as well!

Indeed, I write this update sweaty, grimy, and sore after spending many hours in the warehouse. But it's so worth it, because the books look AMAZING!!Just. Look. At. All. Those. Pallets!!!!!

Like... WHAT?! Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined having a warehouse filled with THIRTY THREE PALLETS OF BOOKS. Do you know how many 33 pallets is? Let's break it down. 33 pallets equates to roughly:

1650 boxes
11,680 books
45,720 pounds
21 metric tons,
all of which arrived in via an ENTIRE 40' train car!!!

(Don't worry if your brain can't comprehend those numbers. Mine can't either, and I spent all day looking at them 😆😂)

📦BOOKS AND FULFILLMENT: The Good, The Bad, and The Logistically Complicated📦

The GOOD 🌞
- The books look phenomenal
- QA is going well
- We've even started packing some orders!
- All told, we expect fulfillment to remain ahead of schedule 🤞
- We have about a 20-25% overage of blackout edition books, so even though this is a ONE-TIME PRINT EXCLUSIVE, you can still preorder a copy (for now)! We'll fulfill all preorders AFTER Kickstarter and Pledgebox fulfillment

The BAD 😥
- One of the tip-in pages in Silver Blood was put in the wrong spot 😭 The illustration on page 297 was supposed to go on page 392. (But it still looks SO, SO good!)
- Still waiting on a Biscuit shipping update, which I'll share with you the moment I get it!
- I won't be around as much because I'll be in and out of the warehouse, handling business administration, and, you know, writing 2 books at once 🥴
  - BUT my team is on standby to help you if you need anything! Start with support@rachelrener.com and they'll take it from there. (BUT PLEASE DO NOT WRITE TO ASK ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR BOOK FULFILLMENT. See below!)

The Logistically Complicated 😵
- This is a BIG endeavor with a lot of complex orders. We won't finish fulfillment quickly. I suspect it will take 2 months, give or take. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US. We're working really, really, really hard to get you your treasures ASAFP!
- When your order ships, you will be notified with a tracking number!
