First up...
KS Surveys Have Been Sent Out!
Now that the Amethysts & Alchemy Kickstarter is funded and all (non-P.L.O.T.) payments have been collected, we've just sent out everyone's Pledgebox surveys! These will allow you to enter your shipping information as well as snag a few last-minute add-ons. During the campaign, many of you asked if it would be possible to get the coin, metal bookmark, and/or amethyst pendant as an add-on. I'm so pleased to let you know that, YES, you can! However, these items are fairly limited and I will not be adding them to my website. In other words, be sure to grab them while you can!
If you haven't received your survey, be sure to check your spam folder! Everyone has been sent theirs, but if for some reason your email provider is being a butthead, just email support@rachelrener.com and Dani can resend it to you 
Post-Campaign FAQs!!
Q: What if I don't see the survey email yet?
Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab. If you still can't find it, search your inbox for "PledgeBox"
If that doesn't work:
1. Click - https://survey.pledgebox.com/
3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)
4. Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies
Q: There's something wrong with my pledge! Help?
That's not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can send us a message directly to support@rachelrener.com and we'll look at it for you.
Q: What if I need to change my address?
As long as your items have not been locked, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to https://backer.pledgebox.com/
IMPORTANT: Apple ID Backers:
Backers that pledged with Apple ID but haven't fully set up their Apple Pay account (setup an email address to Apple Wallet) may not receive survey email directly.
In this situation, you have two options:
1. Add a Primary email to your Apple Pay account.
2. Use your Apple ID email to register a backer account on PledgeBox and complete surveys: https://backer.pledgebox.com.
For more information about Apple ID, please refer to the tutorial: https://help.pledgebox.com/
A note on dropped pledges: If your payment failed on KS & your pledge was dropped, we should be able to recapture your pledge and rewards on Pledgebox. You can pay via the survey link that went out this morning, thereby reclaiming your pledge!*

If you got a limited tier or add-on (such as the Gourmand of Rocks or the Ultimate Piggy Add-On) and your pledge was dropped, you are at risk of losing them, as we will be unlocking those dropped rewards to the public sometime next week.
Therefore, if you do not want to lose your VERY limited rewards, please pay your outstanding balance via Pledgebox ASAP and/or contact support@rachelrener.com today!
